Curate a Fall/Winter 2025 Fashion Forecast based on the current zeitgeist.
My process

This project was driven by thorough research. My team and I explored news outlets, social media, runways, and more to capture the current cultural zeitgeist and identify key themes that shaped our FW 25 Fashion Forecast. Our vision drew inspiration from Lana Del Rey’s nostalgic aura, Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter, the film Pearl, and the political polarization of today. These influences led to the creation of "Revisioning Americana," a reimagining of American identity that blends traditional elements with a rebellious twist.

Once we solidified the concept of "Revisioning Americana," the next step was translating our ideas into visuals. Tools like Adobe Photoshop and Google Slides played a vital role in bringing our vision to life. To capture the essence of Americana, we incorporated iconic elements such as checkerboard diner floors, the American flag, and carnival imagery. To give the theme a modern twist, we mixed these traditional elements with modern influences such as bold bows, metallic accents, and streetwear-inspired looks.
