My process

IDEATION + writing

Before my team and I began writing about our business, we dedicated significant time to developing our brand identity and defining our target market. Once the brand was firmly established, we shifted our focus to operational planning. This included sourcing suppliers, creating a hiring strategy, developing an advisory board, and addressing other key aspects of the business. In our writing, we provided a comprehensive overview of each element, ensuring that all plans were supported by data-driven insights to validate the feasibility of our approach

finances + marketing

After finalizing the brand logistics, my teammates and I collaborated to develop a comprehensive financial plan. This included detailed projections such as opening inventory, sales and gross profit estimates, cash flow statements, and other key financial components. Once the financial groundwork was in place, we shifted to a more creative phase, crafting our marketing strategy. We outlined monthly marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email outreach, podcast content, and more, showcasing a dynamic and well-rounded approach to engaging our target audience.
