mY PROCESS

Brand + COllection Curation

After visiting New York City and the Crescala Collective, my team and I drew inspiration from the clothing and visuals we saw. We created a mood board and identified key themes, leading us to develop our brand, Flourish, a celebration of nature and free-spirited women. For our debut collection, In Bloom, we translated the intricate beauty of florals into sophisticated, everyday pieces for the modern working woman, blending elegance with functionality.

Budget + Marketing curation

Once we finalized Flourish and our eight-look collection, we shifted focus to developing a strategic marketing plan. With a budget of one million dollars, we allocated 54% to enhancing the in-store experience and partnerships, and 45% to e-commerce and online promotion. We used this budget to create meaningful collaborations with local florists, establish a store at Saks Fifth Avenue, host a tea party-inspired collection unveiling, and more. Each initiative was designed to deepen our connection with customers and elevate the brand experience.

THE OUTCOME

A 20-minute, 33-slide presentation that showcased all aspects of the Flourish brand and “In Bloom” Collection. This includes the target market, the inspiration behind the brand, a store layout, collaborations, and more!
